Moneta Facebook Page: the challenge of an historic brand in the digital world
The Moneta Facebook page is a project born from the will to share the Moneta world with the public, through recipes, news and events. Some insiders would like a Facebook restricting the huge influx of companies, which may not ensure results and may compromise the investment of money and time.
With the Moneta Facebook page, we are glad to deny all of this.
This page quickly became a benchmark, giving birth to a tight-knit community which follows and grows together with Moneta.
The Facebook page has surely been a challenge for a traditional brand like Moneta, nevertheless the historic brand has always an eye for innovation.
The technical evolution of the range of products needed an improvement, a reflex, even in communication. BC Factory took on the control of Moneta’s social networks, creating a strategy that would be intrinsically connected with the whole communication project.
That’s what we found out.
The users love to use the Facebook world as CRM. The Customer relationship management has been a plus-one of the strategy: quick and precise answers at every time, a social media manager devoted to reply to all the user’s questions, collecting data from the most relevant questions.
This type of activity brought us to a deep knowledge of the target, knowing the brand’s placement and always having everything under control.
The last but not least element that brought to the closeness of the community is the recipe-factor. Making the user see with his own eyes what they can actually cook with Moneta products makes everything easier and more direct.
